The company
was formed in April 2002 by its principals, Mark Hamer and Rosaleen
Hance. Together, Mr. Hamer and Mrs. Hance have thirty years of
commercial real estate experience in the metro tri-state area. Since
1998, Mr. Hamer and Mrs. Hance have transacted over two hundred million
dollars of real estate sale/purchase agreements, leased over two million
square feet and managed over two million square feet of office and
industrial product.

provides leasing, property management, construction supervision and
accounting services to commercial property owners. Harvest Real
Estate Services, Inc. is a
licensed brokerage firm in the State of New York. Property management
and accounting services are delivered using Skyline II software.
