We provide brokerage services and full service management of commercial office, industrial and retail properties and distressed real estate. Through affiliated companies, Timber Ridge Homes and The EPH Group, we develop residential communities and manage distressed properties for financial institutions.  More recently, we have partnered with a local developer and have developed a retail storefront space with apartments above in Suffolk County. 

While we continue to expand our real estate platform, we decided to move our operations east and relocated our office from Nassau County to Suffolk County to our new home at 35 Pinelawn Road, Suite 108W, Melville, New York  11747.
